Partners contributing media airtime, billboard space, digital advertising, printing, technology, vehicles, or professional services may be credited at the equivalent cash tier value. All in-kind contributions are formally valued, acknowledged in the Annual Report, and issued an Official Receipt.
Every MOU must be reviewed by NRSA Philippines' legal counsel before signature. For government agency MOUs, allow 4–6 weeks for internal government approval processes. For LGU MOUs, the Mayor's office and Sanggunian may require separate resolutions.
